This was the first boutique hotel to be opened in El Calafate, the heart of the Argentinian Patagonia. It is located on a hill in the centre of the city and has a marvelous view of the imposing Argentinian Lake and the Calafate Hill. Inside the building, get impressed by the unique work of some Argentinean designers.

The daily buffet breakfast starts being served at 6:30 and finishes at 10:30. After that, you can taste the Esplendor Restaurant's own gourmet desserts and pastry while you appreciate an amazing lake and town view between 12:00 and 15:00, and between 20:00 and 00:00.

The Iglú Bar is open from 16:00 until 1:30, serving regional bakery and marmalades during the Tea Time and international cocktails and Patagonian cold cuts all the time. While you chat or just relax at the bar, let your eyes get impressed by the Argentinian Lake view.

The city, 80 km from Perito Moreno Glacier, is the area's most important tourist attraction and one of the top destinatioins chosen by tourists who want to visit Patagonia.

Only a 5 minute-walk separates the hotel from the centre of the city. Nevertheless, the hotel has a shuttle to the city centre from 6:00 to 23:00 free of charge. Calafate airport is 23 km far away.
