I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, for its interior style and location, both of which were excellent. The staff were friendly and very attentive and language was never a problem. We would definitely recommend it and are already thinking of returning to the city and hotel in the future. |

Great central location to see the sights of Buenos Aires. One half block from Florida Ave for all the shopping anyone could want. I had them book me a car to the airport upon departure, even though I definitively asked if they take VISA he wouln't take it. Jacked up my price when we arrived at the airport. I firmly believe he pocketed the money. The hotel should be more careful who they book for rides. |

courteous, most helpful staff our last night was spoiled by very loud music until early morning hours from a wedding reception. It is not right for a hotel of this stature that guests should need to worry about this type of significant inconvenience. |

Close to main city facilities! The Hotel is far away from usual five star criteria. So it should be better to announce it as a 4-star business and tourist hotel to avoid higher expectations. |

The concierge, Pablo, was very helpful! The gymnasium was excellent. During breakfast, the staff needs to be quicker about offering coffee. In some cases it took 10-15 minutes to be offerred any. |

Yes. I didn´t get the fiscal cupom once I did the check out. I got only the fiscal cupom for the mini bar consumption, but nothing about the days I stayed there. They somehow mixed the cupons and I just realized that somehing was missing when i was at the airport. |
